
It’s like cereal in fruit form! Buy them 5 or 10 at a time when they’re on sale, take some time to unseed them all at once, and store them in the refrigerator in Tupperware. Have a cup at a time for a snack. If you need a little more sweet, then try chocolate covered pomegranate seeds! They’re almost like raisinets! They’re so sweet and tart that you only really want to eat one serving of them at a time!

I haven’t weighed myself in 3 weeks, but I’ve been working out everyday and really trying to stay on track with my meals. I need some motivation to get on the scale and keep going. After I post the pics, hopefully you guys can tell me what else I can work out and give me some tips and I’d be happy to return the favor!
